ORDERING INFO
The CLIXWEAR.COM Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal transfers and INTERACT on line.
1. Once all items have been added to your shopping cart, click the "CHECKOUT" button at the bottom right corner.
2. On the next page, enter contact, billing address, and shipping address for your order.
3. Click "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the form.
4. Please review your cart total amount. It will now accurately reflect freight charges and sales tax (if applicable) relative to the shipping address you entered.
5. Please choose the payment method you would like to use and click "CONTINUE". Your contact, shipping, and payment information is secured with 128 bit encryption.
6. If you are paying by credit card, confirm the shipping address and enter your credit card information below.
7. If you are paying with PayPal, confirm your information and click "SUBMIT YOUR ORDER". You will be redirected to PayPal's secure website to complete the transaction. If you already have a PayPal account, log in and follow the directions. If you do not have a PayPal account, but would like to pay with PayPal using a credit card, click on "Click Here".
8. After payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. Please note your order id for use with any correspondence you may have regarding your order
9. When your order ships, you will receive a notification email with tracking information if it is available.

SHIPPING INFO
We ship anywhere in the world when payment is made through PayPal. If you are paying through our internal credit card processor, we are able to ship to The United States, Canada, Great Britian, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, Japan and other countries.

When we process your order for shipment, you will receive a confirmation via email. Tracking and/or Delivery Confirmation information will be provided when your order ships (If Avaialble). Orders are usually shipped out within 2 business days. However, ue to fluctuations in demand and supply quantities, orders can take several days to ship. A customer service representative will contact you if your order has been delayed. Orders will be shipped via the shipping service that was specified at the time of purchase.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We stand behind all products we sell. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please ensure that the hang tag is not removed, and that the garment is not used/worn and in the same condition that it was received in. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on garments classified as “Underwear”. Please note that there is no refund on custom made products, only exchanges, and exchanges can only be done once.

CONTACT US to obtain a RMA number. Please make sure to include that number and your original order ID with your returning package. There is $5 restocking fee for making exchanges. Refunds will be given minus the original shipping amount. Shipment of excnaged products to you will be covered by us.
