Q) Can I custom make my own Shirt or shorts?
A) Yes!...on the left side navigation bar, under custom products you will find the different categories for customizable products. Just follow the simple instructions.
Q) What are the text and smiley faces made out of?
A) the text and smiley faces are applied on the shirt with Heat transfers (Not screen printing) Heat transfers provide the great detail and resolution of the faces that screen printing cannot not match. The heat transfer is completely washer and dryer safe, and last a long time.
Q) Can I return my product and get my money back?...My size is not right can I exchange the product?
A) Absolutely yes!....We offer a 30 day return/exchange guarantee. Please ensure that the hang tag is not removed, and that the garment is not used/worn and in the same condition that it was received in. Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on garments classified as “Underwear”. Please note that there is no refund on custom made products, only exchanges, and exchanges can only be done once. Please note that there is a $5.00 restocking fee per item, and you are responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will then ship you the new item and we will pay for shipping to you.
